📝 Enrollment & Tuition

✅ Ongoing Enrollment – Join or unenroll anytime, no long-term commitment.
✅ Changes Allowed – Switch day/time/program anytime (if space allows).
✅ You're Financially Responsible Until You Unenroll – Visit or call us to process unenrollment.

💰 $50 Annual Registration Fee – Covers your entire family & supports software/admin costs.

📌 Tuition Details:

• Pro-rated based on your start date
• Auto-debited on the 1st of every month (Example: March tuition is charged on March 1st).
• No credits or refunds for missed classes – Make-ups available.
• Year-Round Pricing – Tuition remains the same every month, averaging ~4+ classes per month.

🚨 To stop auto-debiting, you must unenroll before the next billing cycle.

💰 Discounts & Free Trials

⭐ 20% Off Additional Classes – Pay full price for the highest tuition; all others get a 20% discount. (Excludes Team, Private Lessons, Camps, & Music).

🎉 Free Trial Class! – New students get one free trial per program! Even current students can try a different program for free.

🔄 Make-Ups

✔ Make-ups are offered whenever possible but are not guaranteed.
✔ Eligibility: You must be actively enrolled in the program to receive a make-up.
✔ Must be used for the same child and same program.
❌ No credits or refunds for missed classes.

🤔 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1️⃣ Do you offer Open Gym play?

✔ Yes! Open gyms are available during the school year. 🚫 No open gyms during summer (we run summer camps).

2️⃣ What if there's bad weather?

🌧️ We send email updates via iClass Pro Portal and post weather alerts on our homepage. We follow LISD for weather decisions. Your safety is our priority! If you miss class, we’ll assist with a make-up.

3️⃣ Can I drop my child off for class?

• 6 & Under: A responsible adult must stay in the building.
• 7 & Older: You may leave at your discretion, but ensure your child can use the restroom independently and that we have updated contact info.

🚗 Drop-Off/Pick-Up Rules:
✔ Children must wait inside the main doors – not outside.
✔ Drop-off lane is a 30-second zone – If your child isn’t ready, circle around or park.
