ENROLLMENT INFORMATION


We would like you to meet our unparalleled Front Desk Team Members. Located just inside the main entrance, you will find us waiting to answer your questions and help with anything you need.


Enrollment:

  • Enrollment is ongoing. You may enroll and un-enroll as you wish with no long term commitment.
  • You may make changes to day/time/program anytime through The Front Desk, as long as there is room in the new class!
  • You are financially responsible for your class until you un-enroll.
  • Unenrolling is easy…visit or call us and we will happily facilitate your request.


$50 Registration Fee

This fee covers your entire family and is paid ANNUALLY, upon your initial enrollment. This fee helps us defray costs such as software, web fees, and other admin costs.


Multiple Class 20% Discount

Only ONE tuition (the highest) in your family pays full price. ALL lesser Win Kids Class tuitions in your family are discounted a full 20%!

FREE TRIALS

We understand that it may take trying a few of our different programs to find the best fit; we are happy to allow a 1st Class Free Trial for students attending their first class in a particular program. Even existing students who would like to branch out and try a new and different program can utilize a free trial on us.  


Make Ups

  • We seek to offer make-ups wherever possible.
  • Make-ups are a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
  • A STUDENT MUST BE BE ACTIVELY ENROLLED in the program of the missed class to be be eligible for a make-up.
  • Make-ups must be used on the child who missed the class and in the program in which they missed.
  • WE APOLOGIZE, THERE ARE NEITHER CREDITS NOR REFUNDS FOR MISSED CLASSES.

 

Tuition (you may enroll or unenroll at your convenience)

  • Tuition is pro-rated based on your start date.
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards.
  • Participation requires that you create an online account with a card on file.
  • Tuition is auto-debited on the 1st of every month preceding the activity. (example: tuition for March will be auto-debited on March 1st)
  • Tuition is auto-debited, for as long as you are actively enrolled. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO UNENROLL TO STOP THE AUTO-DEBITING PROCESS.
  • To avoid an auto-debit on your credit card simply submit your choice of alternate payment ON OR BEFORE THE 1st of the month preceding the activity.
  • WE APOLOGIZE, THERE ARE NO CREDITS NOR REFUNDS FOR MISSED CLASSES

Tuition remains the same for every month of the year. Your tuition pays for an educational experience and not a specified number of classes. In any given year, some months have four classes and some months have five classes. On occasion, there will be a month with three classes for one reason or another. Over a year, typically, the average is slightly over four classes per month. We make no distinction between long months and short months and we ask you do the same.

  • We do not credit or refund for past missed classes.

 Do you offer open gym play?
Yes, during school year sessions. During summer no open gyms occur as our summer camps are in full swing.

What do I do if weather is bad on my class day?

If imminent weather is approaching we will actively send out communication via email per what is listed in our iClass Pro Portal - We will also update our homepage to reflect weather announcements. We align with LISD in most weather cases. Please BE SAFE and make your own driving decisions based on your location, vehicle and comfort level. Should you choose not to drive to your class we will happily help facilitate a make up. Your safety is our priority.


Can I drop my child off for class?
Children 6 yrs and under require a responsible adult to be in the building at all times.**It is mandatory for Children under 5 attending any open gym that a parent accompany them and be within arms reach during the open gym time** For children 7 yrs and older, you may use your discretion as to whether or not you choose to leave the premises. Please note that teachers are not responsible for children before or after their class time. Should your child need to use the restroom during class, your child will need to take themselves to the restroom and back to class independently if you are not here. Teachers will not escort your child to the bathroom. Please make your decision based on your comfort level and trust in your child’s own responsibility. Should you leave the premises, we do ask that you also ensure updated contact information in the event we or your child need to call you.

For parents dropping off and picking up at the entrance through our drop off car line, please note a few rules…

  1. We do not allow children to wait for you outside on the sidewalk. Children must wait just inside the main doors. Your child can see you pull up from there. If a staff member sees your child waiting outside, they will ask them to return inside.
  2. The drop off line is a 30 sec drop off/pick up. Please do not sit in this lane waiting for your child to be ready. If your child is not ready for pick up, please either circle around or find a parking spot to wait. Better yet, park your vehicle and come inside to retrieve your child.
