Mini Stars is an advanced preschool gymnastics class for ages 3 to 5, offered by invitation only. This 45 minute class is designed for young athletes who have demonstrated readiness for more focused instruction and skill development. With a faster-paced structure, Mini Stars introduces more advanced progressions on tumbling, bars, balance beam, vault, and trampoline, while continuing to build strength, coordination, and body awareness.
Mini Stars focuses on:
Advanced skill development across all gymnastics events
Strength, flexibility, and body control
Refining technique through structured drills and progressions
Listening, focus, and class participation at a higher level
